If you have hard copies and do not have them saved as a PDF, you can take clear photos of the documents using your cell phone.
You can also fill out our online request form .
Both routes require a valid email address and phone number in order to communicate with you for accurate filing.
Your tax documents include: W2, 1099, 1098, or anything that has 'IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION' on it. Make sure you have all your documents for the year before filing. Typically, tax amendments are not easy.
Once we receive the files, we will process them and send you an estimate for you to review and correct any information.
Upon confirmation, the final will be prepared for you to sign, before we e-file for you.
